Qifang Street, a hub of creativity located in Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, aims to replicate an artistic community similar to Beijing's 798 Art District. Centered around a decommissioned spinning mill, the district now displays handicrafts, painting, photography, pottery, comic and animation.
