A drummer from Sri Lanka plays traditional drums during the opening ceremony of the International Drums Festival at the historical Salahuddien Citadel in Cairo, Egypt, April 19, 2014. As many as 21 countries from the Middle East, Africa and Asia participate with their drums and traditional folk arts in the festival which will be held in Cairo from April 19 to April 25, 2014.
