China Shanghai International Children's Book Fair to take place in mid-Nov

The seventh China Shanghai International Children's Book Fair will take place at the Shanghai Expo Exhibition Center from Nov 15 to 17.
This is the only book fair in the Asia Pacific region featuring books for young readers under 16 years old.
Hosted by Ronbo Bologna Fiere Shanghai Ltd, the exhibition will occupy 25,000 square meters and showcase more than 60,000 new titles, one-third of which are from overseas.
Attending the event are over 400 foreign publishers and exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions. About 30 percent of them will be participating in the fair for the first time.
The exhibition space will be divided in three sections. The copyright section, where publishers will engage in the trading of books and copyright, will be open to professional visitors only. The comprehensive section will be accessible to professional visitors only on Nov 15, but open to all other visitors on Nov 16 and 17. The public section will be open to everyone over the three days.
Winners of the Golden Windmill Competition for Young Illustrators and the Chen Bochui International Children's Literature Prize will be announced during the fair.
