7. "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf: Dunk for Future"
A favorite animated franchise among young children, "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf," returns this year after a seven-year absence due to its box office failure in 2015. Huang Weiming's "Dunk for Future" is the eighth animated movie of the once-popular series and an adaptation of "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf: Dunk for Victories," one of the popular seasons of the "Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf" TV series. This is the first animated film in the series that is not based on a Chinese zodiac but instead opts for a thrilling and inspiring basketball story. The creators worked on a total of 37 versions of the script, 74 versions of the storyboard, and took 2,142 trial-and-error shots during the film's production in order to try and recapture their old glory.
