The Folk Ensemble of the Soong Ching Ling Peace Angel Art Troupe, formed in 2018, is one of the sub-groups of this Troupe. It has always upheld Soong Ching Ling's educational philosophy to "create the future" and "give the most precious things to children" in its routine activities, including teaching and learning, the creation and adaptation of works, and rehearsals and performances. The Folk Ensemble is committed to passing down and promoting Chinese folk music to teenagers and children, developing patriotism in students, and building itself into an excellent art troupe under the Soong Ching Ling brand.

（一）The Dewdrops of Spring (Guzheng Quartet)

This piece of music is a guzheng quartet adapted by He Zhanhao from The Dewdrops of Spring, a namesake Taiwanese folk song written by Jhong-cing Jiang, which is included in the He Zhanhao Guzheng Solo and Ensemble Collection. With a cheerful and beautiful melody, it describes the scene of everything coming back to life and flowers vying for beauty in spring, like a pretty and tender flower that has just blossomed. To add a dynamic touch to this delicate flower, a light-paced tone was added to the middle piece, as a contrast to make the entire piece elegant yet energetic.
