On Sunday, people from ethnic groups donned splendid festival costumes and held a parade in Danzhai county, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture of Guizhou province.

A series of exhibitions titled "Intangible Cultural Heritage Shines in Fashion" featured over a hundred cultural heritage projects from Guizhou and elsewhere in China.

Danzhai has a reputation as the home of intangible cultural heritage. It boasts eight national, 22 provincial, and 41 prefectural intangible cultural heritage projects.

The event, which will last until July 26, aims to promote the preservation and development of the county's intangible cultural heritage and foster the integration of culture with tourism.
