The Translation and Culture Lifetime Achievement Award is being given to Li Wenjun (far left), Jiang Feng (second from the left), Lin Wusun (third from the left) and Gao Meng (far right) by the TCA and handed out by Tang Jiaxuan (middle), a former State Councilor and Honorary President of the TCA in September, 2011.
