The TAC sent its first delegation to participate in the 11th FIT World Congress in August, 1987, convened in Maastricht, Netherlands, and was headed by vice president Pu Shouchang (front, third from the right). At this meeting, the TAC was officially recognized as a formal corporate member by the FIT.
