China International Publishing Group (CIPG) was welcomed at BookExpo America 2015, which opened at the Javits Center in New York City on May 27. The Chinese publishing giant has brought a total of 865 books, including 817 foreign-language books, to the largest book trading fair in the United States. Books on display at the publisher’s booth, which is organized around the theme "Reading China," focus on issues in contemporary China, Chinese culture, Chinese literature, Chinese language teaching, and traditional Chinese medicine in an attempt to present a panoramic view of China to the world. CIPG’s exhibition has found itself in the spotlight at the book fair.
