Between March 10 and 25, the garden expo's organizing committee human resources department will begin recruitment in five categories for professional volunteers to provide language support services, VIP reception services, media services, services for the disabled and support services for cultural activities.

By the end of March, the number of registered general volunteers had already reached nearly 50,000. Of this number, 37,593 are college students, accounting for 77.36 percent of the total and 151 are volunteers from overseas, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, accounting for 0.31 percent.

Volunteer selection and training will start at the end of March.
