The biggest outlet store in North China is set to open on May 1 (Labor Day) in Fangshan. 

The biggest outlet store in North China is going to open on May 1 in Fangshan. Besides, the Fangshan campus of the Beijing Primary School will be opened on September 1. Under the banner of the "New South Beijing Three-year Plan (2013-15)," Changyang Town of Fangshan District is completing its public service facilities and supporting constructions.

Located south of Jingliang Road, Changyang Outlet has signed deals with 36 international brands and 111 domestic brands. Covering an area of 170,000 square meters, it will be constructed as the flagship center of outlets in North China.

As a city level commercial service industry experimental area, Changyang will not only provide good places for local consumers, but also attract consumers from downtown Beijing, Hebei and Tianjin.

In addition, Changyang will promote the development of high-tech industry as well as establish leisure and culture industries including music festivals, golf and urban agriculture.
