The art of "District 9" by Weta Workshop, taking fans into the lavish world of the film "District 9," is exhibited at the Special Effects Exhibit of "The Best in Wo-Film Carnival," which is open to the public from April 16-23 during the 3rd Beijing International Film Festival.
