Yuanmingyuan exhibition opens in Beijing

A Yuanmingyuan exhibition kicks off on April 25, 2013, at the China Millennium Monument, Beijing. The one-month-long exhibition shows the history of Yuanmingyuan's construction, destruction and reconstruction in more than 200 pictures and 3D videos of its restored sites and relics. The Yuanmingyuan's first overseas exhibition occurred in Berlin in December of 2012 and this year will see it put on display in Russia. With its excellent architectural technology and exquisite buildings, Yuanmingyuan carries the honorary title "Garden of gardens." [By Wang Yanfang/China.org.cn]
