Graffiti artists from across China are busy tagging 18 concrete bridge piers supporting two rail lines that cross the garden park of the Ninth China (Beijing) International Garden Expo. The graffiti activity, themed "My Dream, Beijing Dream, China Dream," is being supported by more than 40 young Chinese artists, including Wang Yue, an art student from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, who is well-known online for her tree hollow paintings. The giant bridge piers, standing eight meters in height, offer a total area of more than 2,600 square meters for painting. Upon completion, it will replace the 1000-square-meter graffiti area at the Wenshui Road of Shanghai as the world’s largest single-themed graffiti wall.
