Chrysanthemum Food Festival kicks off in Pinggu

A chrysanthemum food festival kicks off in Daxingzhuang Town, Pinggu District, Beijing, and will last till January of the next year. Visitors can feast their own eyes on and pick flowers at conservatory big shed where around 50,000 kilograms of edible chrysanthemum enter into a period of picking. Visitors will not only find the festival a perfect delight to the eye but also a joy to taste special chrysanthemum tea and dinner such as cake and dumpling. [China.org.cn]
