Ping An Fortune Center held the business promotion activity "Hello Beijing" in Lize Financial Business District in Beijing on Sept. 11, marking China Fortune Land Development Co, Ltd's (CFLD) first and fully operational asset-light project.

Lu Jun, a deputy director of Beijing Lize Financial Business District management committee, said that the district holds more than 500 firms. Convenient transportation and favorable policies such as financial support, rent subsidies, and talent incentives, have all boosted the competitive edge of the district, and have put it on its way to becoming a business hub with advantages in creativity and competitiveness.

Jin Ge, general manager of the Beijing regional company of CFLD's southern headquarters in Shenzhen, pledged that the Ping An Fortune Center will help build Lize Financial Business District into a second Beijing Financial Street.

Beijing Lize marked CFLD's first project under the "asset-light" model, opening a new chapter in its cooperation with Ping An. The project will serve as a launching pad for Ping An's further development.

In 2019, CFLD ventured into new business areas and created a balanced business model that gave asset-light and asset-heavy equal value, in addition to the development and operation of the New Industry Cities. The company rapidly advanced into the fields of retail property, office building, and other commercial real estate projects, and explored new real estate fields such as healthcare facilities, public housing, and communities for scientists. All the while, Ping An Fortune Center has achieved success through integrating industry, finance, and commerce.

CFLD is committed to its core metropolitan areas strategy in five core regions, which includes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, central China with Wuhan as its core, and western China with Chengdu as its core. The company continues to diversify its business through various methods, including cooperation with governments, M&A, urban renewal projects, TOD, and large-scale New Industry Cities.

So far, the company has launched several high-quality commercial real estate projects, including the Wuhan Yangtze River Center, the Beijing Ping An Fortune Center, the Shenzhen Harbin Center in Harbin, and projects in Nanjing Dajiaochang, Wuhan Zhongbeilu, Guangzhou Baietan, among others.
