China achieves new progress in international sci-tech cooperation

China has established sci-tech partnerships with more than 160 countries and regions and made great strides in mutually beneficial inter-governmental sci-tech cooperation, said China's Vice Minister of Science and Technology Zhang Guangjun at a press conference Monday.
