Over the past year, Jilin has witnessed significant improvements in both the quality and quantity of its business entities, Li Guoqiang, vice governor of Jilin province, said at a press conference Monday. Last year, the number of business entities in the province increased 14% year on year, and in particular, small and medium-sized tech companies saw a 72% surge, marking the highest growth rate across the country.
