As part of its efforts to optimize business environment, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region plans to add over 100 inter-provincial government services, according to a plan recently released by the Beijing municipal government.
As of now, a total of 203 government services are processed to the same standard across the region and 234 service items are provided on an inter-provincial basis.
According to the plan, at least eight districts and cities will be newly allowed for inter-regional business license registration, issuance, and acceptance. Moreover, the second batch of mutual recognition lists for qualifications and credentials of enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will also be released.
In addition, Beijing will ramp up its support for technological innovations across various areas, including bolstering standards, enhancing platform infrastructure, providing financial backing, facilitating tech transfer, and offering specialized talent services, so as to boost the development of new quality productive forces.
Moreover, the city will improve service offerings in key areas such as transportation and cultural tourism. It will work to provide smoother transportation and more payment options, while elevating the quality of public services in urban communities, museums, tourist spots, and other areas, according to the plan.
