Hubei enterprises sign up for 2nd China Intl Supply Chain Expo

A promotional conference and signing ceremony for the second China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) were held on Thursday in Wuhan, Hubei province, with Ren Hongbin, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and Chen Ping, vice governor of Hubei province, in attendance.

Fifteen leading enterprises from Hubei signed agreements with China International Exhibition Center Group to participate in this year's expo, representing key regional supply chains. These companies will showcase their capabilities in six major supply chain areas and one specialized zone.

Representatives from relevant provincial departments, the Hubei Council for the Promotion of International Trade, municipal trade promotion councils, and company representatives also attended the event.

Wang Xia, vice president of HGTECH, emphasized the alignment of CISCE with the company's needs, stating: "After witnessing the success of the first CISCE, we decided to participate in the second edition, where we will showcase our latest advancements in the new energy vehicle supply chain, compound semiconductors, and intelligent manufacturing solutions."

Tao Jingsong, vice president of Shenglong Electric, announced the company's expanded participation in this year's expo, saying: "We aim to use the expo as a platform to establish broader and deeper cooperation within the power distribution industry, and look forward to sharing resources and exploring opportunities together."

Both companies said they looked forward to using the expo to showcase their latest technologies and key products, strengthen their global supply chain, and connect with partners worldwide.

The second CISCE is scheduled to take place in Beijing from Nov. 26 to 30. It will feature six supply chains areas, including advanced manufacturing, smart vehicles, green agriculture, clean energy, digital technology, and healthy living, as well as a dedicated exhibition zone for supply chain services.

Preparations for the event are progressing smoothly, with domestic and international companies signing up.
