Ministry of Commerce: China open to advancing trade ties with US

China is open to dialogues with the U.S. and promoting steady and sustained development of bilateral economic and trade relations, while safeguarding its own sovereignty, security, and development interests, China International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce Wang Shouwen said at a policy briefing Friday.
