At a group meeting of national political advisors held at the third session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Beijing on March 6, CPPCC member Zhang Chunhua talked about the rapid development of China's supply chains.

Zhang is the founder and president of China Brilliant, a supply chain service company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, and also serves as chairman of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Zhang was one of the first entrepreneurs in China to focus on the field of productive services and take root in the supply chain industry. After 20 years of development, China Brilliant has built a service system covering 12 fields such as industrial foreign trade, warehousing, finance, industry, logistics, testing and design, and has served more than 30,000 manufacturing companies.

By building a cross-border industrial digital risk control platform and innovating supply chain financial service models, the company has helped businesses including Huawei, DJI and Xiaomi reduce logistics costs by around 15%, making a practical contribution to promoting the upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

China Brilliant has long been a driving force in stabilizing foreign trade. In 2017, it launched the first China-Europe freight train service in Shenzhen. To date, it has operated more than 600 trains, successfully shortening the transportation of electronic components in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 45 days to 12 days, providing a more convenient and efficient channel for the export of "Made in China" products.

In addition, the China Brilliant Global Intelligent Manufacturing and Industry Supply Chain Innovation Center project Zhang promoted can deliver scientific and technological equipment from the Greater Bay Area to destinations worldwide within three days with the help of 5G and blockchain technology.

Today, China Brilliant's service network spans 136 countries worldwide, acting as a link that closely connects China's high-tech products with the international market and pave the way for China's intelligent manufacturing to move toward a broader world stage.
