China, US start key annual dialogue on bilateral ties
The fifth round of the China-U. S. Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED) started in Washington on Wednesday, as more than 20 departments and ministries of both countries will talk on a wide range of topics covering political, security, economic and financial issues.
