China vows to restore 2 million hectares of ecosystems by 2025

China will continue to protect and restore the ecosystems in its mountains, rivers, forests, farmlands, lakes, grasslands, and deserts in a holistic way, with a goal of more than 2 million hectares set for 2025, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources.
