Heilongjiang province is speeding up efforts to foster new quality productive forces by upgrading traditional industries and cultivating new growth engines, the province's governor Liang Huiling said at a press briefing Friday. In the first quarter, the province's high-end equipment, aerospace, and electronic information industries all achieved double-digit growths in output value.
