Over 20 video content creators from a multimedia studio of Beijing Daily visited the three key cultural landmarks in the Beijing's sub-center - the Beijing Performing Arts Centre, the Beijing Library, and the Grand Canal Museum.

In addition, the content creators also explored the Yuanxin commercial complex, located near the Green Heart Forest Park and surrounded by the three cultural landmarks.

The complex spans 146,000 square meters, including 50,000 for leasable space. The 20,000-square-meter dining area is set to open by the end of the year. Yuanxin will feature direct metro access, multipurpose exhibition areas, immersive entertainment zones, and a range of cultural and family-friendly spaces.

Launched in May 2022, the studio has produced and published more than 300 short videos focused on the history, culture, and geography of the old city, the lives of young people working and living in the hutongs, and innovative consumer spaces in these historical alleys. With a total online viewership exceeding 200 million, the series has become a local favorite on social media platforms like Douyin and Weibo.
