The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) inaugurated its Beijing mediation center on 2024 Beijing International Commercial Law Day, which took place on Thursday.
The CCPIT Beijing Mediation Center was established to help Chinese enterprises seeking global expansion to tackle risks brought by the investment environments in different countries, including policies, labor, employment, environmental protection, social responsibilities, and sustainable development.
The mediation center is a part of CCPIT Mediation Center, set under its Beijing Sub-council, which also serves as a branch of Beijing Chamber of International Commerce.
The mediation center will strengthen communication and collaboration with Beijing's local authorities, promote legal services in the city, and settle commercial disputes. It also aims to provide high-quality, efficient, and flexible commercial mediation services for both domestic and foreign parties.
