As the Spring Festival approaches, foreigners in Shenzhen can claim up to 30 coupons with a maximum discount of 666 yuan, according to the Luohu District Financial Services Bureau.

The "Spring Festival Cross-Border Consumption Carnival" event, now in its third year, is organized by the Luohu District People's Government and co-hosted by Ant Group and the Luohu District Financial Services Bureau. Leveraging Luohu's vibrant business atmosphere, abundant commercial resources, and frequent exchanges with Hong Kong, the event aims to provide foreigners in Shenzhen with efficient, convenient, and diverse consumption experiences.

With Alipay's innovative cross-border digital payment solutions via Alipay+, overseas visitors can link their digital wallet apps to scan QR codes and access general coupons and exclusive coupons for business districts in Luohu. These coupons can be used across all commercial zones and businesses in the district, offering dual discounts.

Additionally, the event supports digital RMB payments, further enhancing the convenience of cross-border shopping. The campaign runs from now until February 28, 2025.
