Luohu recently released its business environment enhancement action plan (2025-2027), placing industrial ecosystem development at the core of its strategy. The plan outlines 36 key initiatives and 106 specific measures across five major areas: industry, openness, government services, rule of law, and urban environment. Its goal is to create a high-standard business environment that fosters high-quality economic growth.

The action plan focuses on building a high-level industrial ecosystem, establishing a hub for high-standard opening up, enhancing government services to better support businesses, strengthening the legal environment, and improving urban environment for people to live and work in.

Looking ahead to 2025, Luohu will remain committed to addressing businesses' most pressing needs with practical measures, reinforcing its ambition to become a pioneer in sustainable urban development.
