Shenzhen's Luohu district has taken a significant step in integrating artificial intelligence into grassroots governance. The Sungang sub-district has launched a 20-member "AI + Human" digital team focused on technological innovation and practical applications, driving AI-powered solutions across industrial development, public services, and community governance.

Sungang has taken the lead in deploying the DeepSeek AI model at the sub-district level, identifying seven key AI-driven applications to enhance administrative efficiency. These include automated PowerPoint creation, mind map generation, and meeting minutes transcription.

To facilitate the adoption of AI tools, the sub-district has developed a comprehensive AI application guide and a tiered training program. A combination of online and offline training sessions has been conducted, with seven training sessions already completed, benefiting over 500 staff members.

Beyond government operations, Sungang is also addressing corporate needs by organizing an "AI Empowerment for Enterprises" training series. So far, the program has provided training for employees from 36 companies, helping businesses improve their management and operational efficiency through AI technology.
