The International Dialogue on the Chinese Dream concludes in Shanghai on Dec. 8, 2013. The two-day event offered a diverse range of views on how the Chinese dream will shape China’s future how it relates to the world.

Zhou Mingwei, President of China International Publishing Group, and Wang Zhan, president of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, delivered speeches at the closing ceremony of the dialogue.

Experts from over twenty countries attended the dialogue, hosted by China's State Council Information Office and jointly organized by China International Publishing Group and Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences.

During the weekend, experts participated three parallel round table discussions on three main topics -- the Chinese dream and Chinese path, the Chinese dream and World prosperity and the Chinese dream and peaceful development.
