Huang Yubin, the head coach of the Chinese gymnastics national team and a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), arrives at the venue of the annual conference in Beijing on Feb. 28, 2013. The session is scheduled to open on Sunday.
