Reporters pose questions during the press conference of the first annual session of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on March 2, 2013 at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Over 3,000 reporters have registered for the coverage of the First Session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the First Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), taking place from March 3 to 17. Nearly 1,000 of the reporters have flown in from overseas, according to Xinhua statistics.
