The presidium of the first session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) hold their seventh meeting at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, capital of China, March 15, 2013. Zhang Dejiang, executive chairperson of the presidium, presided over the meeting on Friday. [Xinhua/Lan Hongguang]
