China-Russia ties not to be affected by changing int'l situation
Premier Li Keqiang said Wednesday that China-Russia relations will not be affected by changes in international situation and pressures from a third party.
- The United States' confrontational attitude toward China on human rights serves only its national interests, and it also harms global governance and the cause of international human rights, China's top human rights researchers said.
