Wang Anlan, born in September 1987, is a deputy to the 12th National People's Congress (NPC). Coming from the ethnic Qiang minority, Wang is an employee of an electric power company in Aba, Sichuan Province. Over the past five years, Wang has submitted 22 proposals covering cultural protection in ethnic groups and people's livelihoods.
