Smog will persist in central and eastern China in coming three days, the National Meteorological Center forecast on Sunday.
Smog shrouded central and eastern China on Sunday, reducing visibility and bringing air pollution in the areas, the center reported.
Smog will continue to linger in parts of the affected areas and residents are advised to take protective measures in outdoor activities.
But from around Wednesday, a cold front will bring rainfall, strong wind and temperature drops in those areas, which will disperse the smog, the center forecast. Endi
