Chinese State Councilor Guo Shengkun met with Turkmenistan's National Security Minister Yaylym Berdiyev here on Sunday.

Guo, also China's Minister of Public Security, said he hopes Chinese and Turkmen law-enforcement and security agencies will further boost practical cooperation and enhance coordination in large-scale projects in line with the consensus reached between the leaders of the two countries.

Guo said the two sides should work together to fight the three evil forces of separatism, extremism and terrorism as well as transnational organized crime, and effectively safeguard security and stability in the two countries and the region at large. Endi
