iulg BEIJING, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) -- Nantong Zhiyun head coach David Patricio said on Thursday his team are prepared to face unpredictable attack from Qingdao West Coast in a dogfight between two Chinese Super League (CSL) relegation candidates.
On Friday, Nantong Zhiyun, languishing at the bottom of the CSL table will host the equally struggling Qingdao side, who are only one place higher than them.
For either team, a win could mean survival at the expense of the other side.
"We have prepared for this match as the most important one for us of this season," said Patricio at the pre-match press conference.
"As our relegation battle competitors, they displayed considerable changes in attack over the past two games after their new coach took over, which made our preparation hard to make," said the Portuguese.
"We think we will not see much change in their defense, but we cannot predict how they will deliver their attack, which we expected to bring some trouble to us," he added. Enditem
