XI'AN/LANZHOU, Sept. 11 (Xinhua) -- Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, inspected the city of Baoji in northwest China's Shaanxi Province and the city of Tianshui in neighboring Gansu Province.
