BEIJING, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks closed lower on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.1 percent to 3,263.76 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.17 percent lower at 10,420.52 points.
The combined turnover of these two indices stood at 1.49 trillion yuan (about 207.21 billion U.S. dollars), down from 1.79 trillion yuan recorded from the previous trading day.
Shares in solid-state batteries and low-emissivity glass sectors led the gains, while shares related to precious metals and Huawei smartphones were broadly lower.
The ChiNext Index, tracking China's Nasdaq-style board of growth enterprises, lost 0.02 percent to close at 2,175.18 points. Enditem
