About the Book

The second volume collects 99 of Xi's speeches, conversations, instructions and letters, as well as 29 photos of the Chinese leader; it depicts the practices of the CPC Central Committee, with Xi at the core, in uniting and leading Chinese people to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era.

About Xi Jinping

Xi Jinping, born in June 1953, is a male ethnic Han from Fuping, Shaanxi Province. He is currently general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, chairman of the CPC Central Military Commission, president of the People's Republic of China (PRC), chairman of the PRC Central Military Commission.
