To mourn the victims of a strong earthquake in China's Qinghai Province, national flags will fly at half-mast in the country and its embassies and consulates overseas on April 21.
To express the deep condolences for the quake victims, public entertainment will also be suspended.
The 7.1-magnitude quake, which struck the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yushu on April 14, has so far killed over 2,000 people.
