Deputies expressed their opinions on deepening reform, adjusting the industrial structure, improving innovation ability and developing marine economy. Premier Li pointed out that development is still key to solving all problems. Li stressed the importance of reform and innovation in seeking social development and improving the people's livelihood. He also complimented Shandong's achievements in economic and social development.
