目前普通岗位的空姐（国内的航空公司）月薪大致为5000多元，根据“多飞多得”的机制、国际国内航线的调整以及职位的变更，收入会有不同程度的浮动。另外，有的航空公司推出了“预备空乘”用人制度，使更多培训考试合格的人拥有了成为空姐的机会，竞争不断加剧。
