| 中国代表团副团长、首席谈判代表、国家发改委气候司司长苏伟12月4日中午在利马气候大会上接受中外记者采访。他就利马气候大会的主要议题和目标、《中美气候变化联合声明》以及发达国家兑现资金承诺等问题进行了详尽的阐述。他说，本届大会的目标包括确定明年巴黎新协议的要素，加大2020年前的减排力度以及敦促发达国家兑现资金和技术承诺。联合国第20届气候会议于12月1日至12日在秘鲁首都利马举行，被认为是明年巴黎气候大会前最重要的会议。[中国网 何珊 摄] China's chief climate negotiator Su Wei takes questions from the press on the sidelines of the Lima Climate Change Conference.
