 柬埔寨的粽子

柬埔寨的粽子称为“布袋粽”，它不用植物叶包裹，而是取一个布袋，将糯米、赤豆、红枣等一层隔一层地塞满布袋，然后扎紧口袋蒸熟。食用时剥去布袋，用刀切着吃。
