Local people in Nanxiang Town of Hezhou City in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region are busy making Ciba, a kind of glutinous rice cake, for the forthcoming Spring Festival. Ciba, cooked in the style of Nanxiang Town, are called "white Ciba" and are extremely tasty. The preparation process is also unique from the Ciba made in other areas.
