编者按：十二届全国人大四次会议5日上午9时在人民大会堂开幕，听取和审议国务院总理李克强关于政府工作的报告，审查国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要草案，审查国务院关于2015年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2016年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告，审查国务院关于2015年中央和地方预算执行情况与2016年中央和地方预算草案的报告。会前，记者排队进入会场，在这其中也不乏众多外国记者的身影。据了解，今年已有3200多名中外记者报名采访全国两会，外国记者有1000多人，比去年略有增加。
Editor's note: China's annual sessions of the National People's Congress (NPC), the country's top legislature, and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the political advisory body, are the major events in spring which attract media organizations and news agencies from all over the world. Journalists, from both China and abroad, gather in Beijing to cover the event.
