GM outlines five-year strategy for China
编者按:3月21日,通用汽车公布了未来五年(2016-2020)在中国的发展战略:通用汽车及合资企业将在中国推出60多款全新及改款车型,其中包括今年计划上市的13款。在快速增长的消费需求的推动下,中国已经连续多年成为通用汽车在全球最大的市场。去年,通用汽车全球总销量的三分之一以上来自于中国。公司预计到2020年,中国汽车市场的总规模将在现有基础上增加500万辆,达到年销量3000万辆,折合平均年增长率约为3%-5%。
Editor's note: General Motors (GM) revealed its development strategy for the next five years in China on March 21, 2016. According to the strategy, GM will introduce more than 60 models to China by 2020, including 13 models which will go on the market this year. Driven by the rapid growth of consumer demand, China has been GM's largest market for many years; more than a third of GM's total global sales came from China last year. The company expects that by 2020 the total size of China's auto market will reach annual sales of 30 million, an increase of 5 million with an average annual growth rate of about 3-5 percent.
